and bringing more definite form to your existing ideas.

As design work proceeds, we will offer to assist you with your mortgage
needs. We work with outstanding financial institutions that can provide
you with attractive and flexible mortgage options that suit your specific
finanaical scenario. Alternatively, Majestic Custom Homes is happy to
work with any bank that you are comfortable with.

Step 4: Design Specifications

Interior Selections |
The next step in the Custom Home Creation Process is to collaborate on
refining the final details of your new custom home. Product selections,
ranging from faucets, to whirpool tubs, to light fixtures, will be chosen
from a comprehensize menu of options. With other builders, this process
can be overwhelming. At Majestic Custom Homes, we assist you in making
selections that will please you everyday, throughout your life in your
new custom home.

| Step 5: Final Pre-Construction
Review |
Once the design and planning process has been completed, we will meet
to review the final, comprehensive plans on paper. At this meeting, we
will walk you through your final blueprints, review the detailed list
of specifications, and present the detailed pricing for your new custom
home. Once agreement has been gained and final revisions have been completed,
construction will begin.

| Step 6: Construction |
Construction transforms your Dreams and Visions, our collective, careful
planning, and Majestic Custom Home's significant building experience into
a home that exceeds your expecatations. A team of professional craftspeople,
utilizing the best materials and tools, will precisely and carefully assemble
the individual components of your home into a whole that is greater than
the sum of its parts. During the construction process, you are welcome
to visit your home as often as you like.

| Step 7: Customer Orientation |

Once the final touches have been put on your home by the construction
team, we will take you on a walk through to ensure your satisfaction.
During this orientation, we will explain the operation of your new home's
vital systems. By the end of the orientation, you will be familiar with
basic care, troubleshooting, and emergency procedures.

| Step 8: Close |
Finally, we will close and congratulate you on your new custom home. At
your closing you will receive additional information that will assist
you in maintaining your new home. You will also receive a booklet containing
the names and phone numbers of all the major suppliers and tradesmen that
worked on creating your new home.

| Step 9: New Home Warranty |
After closing you will find that you will receive outstanding service
through our warranty program. Majestic Custom Homes offers an industry
standard warranty that covers the workmanships and building products used
