It's taken a month or two to write this letter and I am glad we waited. It highlights one of the other great things about working with Majestic. Every new home has a few minor issues to deal with; ours seems to have far fewer than the homes of some of our friends that have had their homes custom built. In any case, we expected less responsiveness after we moved into the house, service is something that seems to be fleeting these days, but you surprised us again. Every time we've called, you have gotten back to us just as quickly as during the construction process. More importantly, you have resolved any outstanding issues quickly and efficiently.

We would do it all over again in a heartbeat if we had to. To top it all off, Majestic Custom Homes adds a personal touch that is hard to find these days and it makes all the difference. When we first informed our real estate attorney we were planning on building a custom home, she was very concerned for us. She warned us that not one of her clients who had built a custom home in the past had ever walked away from the experience without some type of problem.
